Rhoshandiatellyneshiaunneveshenk Koyaanisquatsiuth Williams, born to Mr. and Mrs. James Williams of Beaumont, Texas, has the longest recorded name on a birth certificate. She was born on September 12, 1984. A few weeks later her father filed an amendment to extend her first name to 1,019 letters and her middle name to 36 letters. Hope she has a nickname.
